St Mary’s is the Parish Church of Oxted and is in United Benefice with St. Peter’s, Tandridge. It is part of The Church of England in the Diocese of Southwark.

We look forward to meeting you

There has been a church on the site of St. Mary’s, Oxted since before the Norman Conquest. The ancient stones of St. Mary’s have echoed to the words, music and prayer of Christian worship for over 900 years. From generation to generation people have turned to God here, in times of sorrow and joy. In each age the Church has tried to respond to the needs of the community, and in our own day this Christian Community places itself at the service of those who live and work in Oxted. Dafodils

Today we share our faith by worshipping together and bringing the good news of Jesus Christ’s life, death and resurrection to those around us. We look forward to welcoming you at any of our activities.

We are an inclusive church welcoming all ages, with many different styles of worship and activities.
